Room is rated for two guests with possibility of additional placement. Total area – 40,7 m ². Consists of two rooms, a corridor and a bathroom.

In room “Luxury” you will meet the same color design, furniture from natural materials and a bamboo parquet, as well as in other hotel rooms. The difference is existence of a kitchen zone, dishes, an exit to a balcony.

The shower cabin is provided in a bathroom (4.3 m ²) for guests’ convenience.

Room cost

The price of the room includes: accommodation, use of the swimming pool (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), use of the gym (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), pump station with mineral water "Polyana Kvasova", playground, barbecue area and parking lot . The pool is heated to 27 degrees in winter. Jacuzzi up to 33.

Children under 5 years of age are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without providing an additional bed.

Additional accommodation is not possible in one-room rooms.
